This site strives to meet the Level AA standards set out in the WCAG 2.1.
This page describes the current state of accessibility across the site. If something isn't working for you, please get in touch — I take accessibility seriously and will do my best to resolve any issues promptly. I'll also keep this document updated as the site evolves (last updated 2026-06-29).
Pages are structured with semantic HTML elements — header, nav, main,
and footer — to help you move around efficiently. Each page follows a logical heading order,
with a level 1 heading marking the main content area. A "skip to content" link is available at the
top of every page.
Images include text equivalents so graphical content is accessible to everyone. You should be able to zoom any page up to 300% without layout issues.
Colour choices across the site have been made with sufficient contrast in mind. Every component is accessible via mouse, keyboard, or touch, and focus styles are applied to links, images, forms, and other interactive elements.
The site has been tested across modern browsers, with occasional checks on older environments. I test regularly with tools such as WAVE, among others.
The site occasionally features embedded media. Where possible, I've added accessible labels and textual descriptions — but some older content may fall short. I'm working through this gradually. If you come across something that isn't working as expected, let me know.
